I am Yassine Bentaleb.
An engineer turned impact systems builder. I help people and organizations move from intention to impact through systems, stories, and measurable change.
This website is my personal space for thinking, writing, sharing, and mentoring. I share what I am learning about intention, continuity, mastery, and impact — from lived experience, not theory alone.
Why I created this website
After years in global companies, projects across more than one country, and experiences at the intersection of large organizations, nonprofits, and social enterprises, I noticed one pattern repeating itself:
Many people do not get stuck because they lack talent.
They get stuck because they lack clarity, continuity, and a repeatable system.
I have seen beautiful ideas die at the stage of “I will start soon.”
I have seen real motivation fade because there was no structure behind it.
And I have seen big ambition scatter because no one helped turn it into clear steps.
That is why I created this website: to make the path simpler, clearer, and more practical.
The goal is not to add more noise to a world already full of quick advice. The goal is to share ideas, experiences, and tools that help you turn intention into action, effort into influence, and meaning into measurable and communicable impact.
My path
I started as an engineer from the Mohammadia School of Engineers. Engineering taught me something that has stayed with me in everything I have built since:
An idea is not enough on its own. An idea needs a structure that can carry it.
After that, I spent five years at IBM between Morocco and the United Arab Emirates. There, I learned how large organizations work, how business relationships are built, and how strategy is translated into numbers and tangible results.
But over time, another question started to appear:
What is the meaning of all this if it does not become real value for people?
That question led me toward the world of social impact. I worked on building and managing projects, leading educational programs, understanding impact measurement, and learning from international experiences in leadership, civic engagement, and social innovation.
In 2021, I founded Impactedia: a platform that helps purpose-driven organizations prove, tell, and grow their impact.
But this website is not Impactedia’s website.
This website is the space where I write as Yassine: the person, the engineer, the impact systems builder, and the continuous learner on the journey from intention to impact.

What I share here revolves around four connected pillars:
Intention
Choosing what is worth pursuing, and being honest with yourself about why before what.

Turning intention into a system, habits, and a rhythm that does not depend on motivation alone.

Improving the quality of what you build — with craft, honesty, and beauty — without falling into perfectionism.
Impact
Asking: what actually changed because of my work? And how can I measure that change and tell it with honesty and evidence?

A personal note
I am still learning.
I am still experimenting.
And I am still revisiting many things I once thought were clear.
But I have become more convinced of one thing:

It begins with a sincere intention, turned into action, then into a system, then into work done with care, then into impact that others can feel.
