Why this site exists
After years at corporates, projects across many countries, and work spanning corporations, NGOs, startups, and social innovation ecosystems — I kept seeing the same pattern:
People don’t fail because they lack talent. They fail because they lack clarity, consistency, and a repeatable way to move forward.
Great ideas that never leave the “I’ll start soon” phase. Real enthusiasm that fades without structure to carry it. Big ambition that scatters when no one helps translate it into steps.
This site exists to make things simpler and more actionable — for anyone building something that matters.
My story
I started as an engineer at Mohammadia School of Engineers, Information Systems. Engineering gave me something no book could: a deep respect for systems. A conviction that an idea without structure is just noise.
Then came IBM — five years across Morocco and the UAE. I learned how institutions operate, how strategy translates into measurable outcomes, and what it takes to build trust at scale.
But something was missing: meaning.
So I moved toward social impact. I managed, designed, and built programs, led civic-tech platforms, studied impact measurement at the Miller Center for Social Entrepreneurship in California, and served as a US Department of State Professional Fellow on Civic Engagement.
In 2021, I founded IMPACTEDIA — a full-service impact infrastructure that helps organizations turn their stories into measurable impact. That work continues.
But this site is not about IMPACTEDIA. This site is about the journey — mine, and yours.
