Anyone doing impact work eventually has to defend a result with numbers, and the gap between someone who can build that case clearly and someone who can’t is rarely about access to data. The point of learning to read your own data isn’t to become a data scientist. It’s to stop being dependent on someone else to tell you what your own work actually achieved.
