Le kintsugi est un art japonais ancien de r\u00e9paration de la c\u00e9ramique, mais il ne r\u00e9pare pas comme on r\u00e9pare d’habitude. La f\u00ealure est remplie d’or, et devient une partie visible de la pi\u00e8ce plut\u00f4t qu’un d\u00e9faut qu’on efface. Le bol ne redevient pas ce qu’il \u00e9tait. Il devient plus beau \u00e0 cause de ce qui l’a travers\u00e9, pas malgr\u00e9 cela.<\/p>\n

J’ai fond\u00e9 CitizenUp en 2018, et je l’ai arr\u00eat\u00e9 un an plus tard environ. Sur le moment, j’ai v\u00e9cu ce projet comme un \u00e9chec au sens le plus direct du mot : il n’a pas dur\u00e9, il n’a pas grandi comme je l’avais imagin\u00e9. Mais tout ce que j’ai appris en construisant cette structure, en reliant des b\u00e9n\u00e9voles \u00e0 des associations, en dirigeant une petite \u00e9quipe aux moyens limit\u00e9s, est devenu une partie claire du chemin qui a men\u00e9 \u00e0 Impactedia aujourd’hui. La f\u00ealure ne s’est pas referm\u00e9e comme si de rien n’\u00e9tait. Elle est devenue visible, assum\u00e9e, et elle a fini par faire partie enti\u00e8re de la forme qui a suivi.<\/p>\n

La Ma\u00eetrise<\/a>, l’un des cinq \u00e9l\u00e9ments de la M\u00e9thode<\/a>, ne signifie pas \u00e9viter les f\u00ealures. Elle signifie savoir ce qu’on en fera une fois qu’elles apparaissent. R\u00e9parer en cachant produit un objet qui semble intact, mais qui reste fragile au m\u00eame endroit. L’accepter et la relier clairement \u00e0 ce qu’on a construit apr\u00e8s en fait, au contraire, un endroit de force.<\/p>\n

Dans le moment pr\u00e9sent o\u00f9 un projet ou une d\u00e9cision semble avoir \u00e9chou\u00e9, ne demandez pas comment cacher cela.
