It means a structure quick enough for return. Habit fragility isn&#8217;t in stopping, but in the speed of returning.<\/p>\n<h2>How to return correctly<\/h2>\n<h3>1. Start smaller than you were<\/h3>\n<p>Don&#8217;t recover the previous level forcibly. Start with a smaller version.<\/p>\n<h3>2. Don&#8217;t wait for &#8220;the ideal moment&#8221;<\/h3>\n<p>Start today. Waiting extends the stopping period.<\/p>\n<h3>3. Separate returning from judging yourself<\/h3>\n<p>Stopping happened for a reason. Returning is an action now. Don&#8217;t hold yourself accountable for the past.<\/p>\n<h2>What&#8217;s next?<\/h2>\n<p>Returning is a natural part of continuity, not a contradiction.
